Animals displayed for sale on this site are honestly represented. All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding and parasite free at the time of purchase. 'CoolReptiles' guarantees up to 48 hours after the subsequent sale of the animal. We encourage customers to scrutinize any animal they intend to purchase and ask questions while in the store. Again once in possession of, and in the proper environment, please examine your animals thoroughly. If for any reason you find that you are dissatisfied with your purchase notify 'CoolReptiles' immediately so that steps may be taken to rectify the situation. After the 48 hour time limit beyond the animals purchase has expired we no longer assume any further liabilities. This policy was adopted due to the unpredictable elements that may occur once an animal leaves our facility and we can no longer moderate for its care or environment. The 48 hour guarantee beyond the time of sale is to provide you with ample time to relocate the animal and make a close inspection to determine whether you are satisfied with your purchase.

'CoolReptiles' does not guarantees live delivery  This policy was adopted due to the unpredictable elements that may occur once an animal leaves our facility and we can no longer moderate for its care or environment.

*A note on shipping: All orders will be sent airfreight unless otherwise specified. Other shipping options include USPS Express Mail, UPS Next Day Air, or other overnight delivery services, however we cannot guarantee live delivery with these couriers.

Deposits and Reservations

Customers’ interested in reserving future offspring or a specific species should take the following steps. Contact 'CoolReptiles' with the species of interest, (note this is a first come first serve basis). Please specify how you would prefer to be contacted, e-mail, phone, fax, etc. Customers may either choose to place a 50% deposit on an animal at this time or wait until the animal has arrived at our facilities. After obtaining an animal, reservations will be notified in the following order: Customers with existing deposits will be contacted first and by date of reservation. Those without deposits will be notified according to the date on which the reservation was made. Upon notification the customer will be provided with several choices. To place a hold on the animal with a 50% deposit if they have not already done so, to remain on the list of customers who have made reservations but do not wish to commit at this time, or to be removed from the list of interested parties. Customers with deposits have priority with regards to selection of animals. After a reserved species has becomes available customers with existing deposits will be required to pay the balance due and may pick up or have the animal shipped. Deposits made on animals are non-refundable. If however for any reason 'CoolReptiles' is unable to deliver an animal on which a deposit has been made, that deposit will be reimbursed. In stock animals may be secured with a 50% deposit for up to 14 days. Full payment must be received before the conclusion of the 14 day period before pick up or shipping may transpire. Non receipt of full payment, or failure to take possession of animals will result in the loss of deposit.

Method of Payment

Up to now we accept  cashier's checks, money orders, and personal checks (note: personal checks must clear prior to orders being shipped). At a later time we will accept Visa, Master Card.

*Quantity discounts may be available for certain species. Please inquire as to whether such a discount is negotiable when purchasing large orders.
